Yes! They will give you the wristbands. Just make sure they are bougt and payed for. meet your friends down by guest services and put the wristbands on before entering premier.
Generally they will give you the number of wristbands needed for your group at the time of entery up to six. I remember one year we had some people coming in later and they gave us wristbands for them as well. Not sure if that was supposed to happen, but being nice and giving a small tip goes a long way!
They will not. You will have to have them in the vehicle with you. Often, you can let the people who are doing the gates know you are expecting two more and then drive back up to get your two extra and get them wrist bands. They mark your vehicle with the number of people at your site, so they can update it later. It's a little bit of a headache. Wildhorse is a lot easier.
