Yes. But I'd be more worried about sea sickness, since you could be more prone to it.
The Lower level has booths with tables to sit at and there are benches on both levels. So you shouldn't have to stand. They won't go out in rough waters but there is definitely motion of the waves even on calm days.
I would say yes. When we went they had customers that needed assistance boarding the boat.
