I had been involved in a car accident and I was not at fault. After several months of Chiropractic therapy and almost a year of negotiations with the other persons insurance they finally said they were going to give me X amount, take it or leave it. From the moment I met their insurance agent, he kept trying to downplay my accident as if it were a “Minor Fender Bender”. And insisted I only needed a few sessions of therapy and with the chump change they were offering, I should get a massage. Haha After my Chiropractic sessions were done and my brand new car (which had approx 12,000 worth of damage) was fixed, it was time to really negotiate.
