You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Green tree apartments are crumbling down and you all are letting it happen. Pool has major algae, druggies are using the section where the building is burnt down as a spot to hang out, there no security, the security gates are weak and anyone can break them to get in the property. Our little ones can't enjoy the pool in this hot weather, also the apartments get hot in the evening around 3pm and because there's poor insulation and the a.c won't even help. I'm literally spending 500 a month on electricity to TRY to stay cool. WHY ARE WE PAYING RENT? WHY CANT WE GET THE SIMPLE THINGS WE DESERVE AND PAY FOR?.

I lived at green tree park apartments which is managed by anza property management, i moved out in august 2021 and here is is now December 12,2021 in i Cant get in contact with them over my security deposit. My last contact with them was back in the beginning of October once they found out they actually owe me over $1,090 in my deposit. Every time i call they either act like they have no clue who i am or that they are going to call me back(which never happens). No one is helpful. My next step is going to the court house and filing documents with them! Anyone with a brain knows a property only have 60 days to give back what’s owed. We are way past the 60 day mark!

I rent @ one of their apts but n LAS Vegas I’m very unhappy as I just signed a renewal lease again with another $75 increase ~ they only offered me a 7 or 8 mth lease so this is the 2nd increase renewal n the same yr I will have another increase n July SLUM LORDS & I haven’t been able to use my 2nd bathroom for 1 1/2 yr as they never repair it. The kitchen water smells like cabbage & is dirty water also I just had my 7th flooding from the bathroom & insects roaches & water bugs. They refuse to have a screen on the patio door and no folding door for the laundry leaving it exposed plus I’ve called Scarlet & May numerous times & they are never available to talk to. They don’t deserve increases at all

Worst place that I have ever lived! Roach infested and just generally very poor conditions! Horrible management, who constantly harasse their tenants! Management is now replacing their single pane windows with double pane gas filled windows. All of the apartments have single pane, paper thin, windows. My wife and I pay over $300.00 monthly for our electric bill and we keep our thermostat at 78°. This is inexcusable and Anza property management are SLUM LORDS! Our apartments are called Hesperia Regency and the address is 8522 C Avenue Hesperia, Ca 92345
