They have some days with special rates. And some times have some many cats that they waive it.
Yes, there are adoption fees for the kittens. I believe that it is $100 for cats less than one year old; $75 for cats over one year old; & $50 or $60 for "senior cats." I believe that the fees are posted somewhere on the website, to be sure.
