Thay can test for FIV and FELV but thay do not "fix" the cats ,thear VET handles the SPAY and NEUTER OF the cats. Go ahead and go in no need to call or to get an appointment.
No, they will fix them there. They will test for FIV and FELV. There's also a fee. You would need to call and make an appointment and they will go over everything.
