I've gone here a few times, they aren't rude just very direct and to the point, not giving energy to B.S. comes across as rude or arrogant in our current societal atmosphere. It does save time with the idle small talk.

The rudest people in the coin and stamp business. I ordered 70 1/4oz gold eagle capsules. They called me to pick up the capsules, so when I went to pick them up and buy other things, I ran into the rudest sales person and he didn't want my money. Good luck with your business, I will never go there again and I will tell all my stacking friends to avoid Broadway stamp and exchange. Sorry I didnt review the comments on google and Yelp before I went there. After reading the response from Broadway Coin & Stamp Exchange. It was total disinformation. Mask mandates were lifted and the lone employee was a very rude dude, he just started being snarky as hell and wouldn't even wait for me to put a mask on before he locked me out. Better to avoid Broadway Coin & Stamp Exchange and save yourself some aggravation.

When I first discovered this place. We were assisted by Greg, looks younger. He seems to be knowledgeable of our siver ware. We were happy with his service. Then my fiance came back within the next week with coins and the older individual seem not interested in conversation with my man. Had a unwelcome attitude. My man left. I thought it maybe be misconstrued. Today, we tried again and I asked for Greg. I was told he'll be in one hour from my call. We arrived and the strange thing is this rude old guy got involved with Greg looking at our items. Strange feeling or vibe from that experience. Never will i go back there or will I ever recommend to anyone to go there. Greg needs to leave this place. He's a wonderful man working with a narcissist. I feel my items are worth money. That old man is probably too broke in paying. So he chased us away.

My wife and I have been customers of Miss Barbara for over 25 years and it is always a very pleasant experience every visit. On my visit yesterday I was buzzed in quickly and was able to conduct my transaction without delay. (I had called earlier and Lee was prepared for my arrival). Although we're now retired we hope there's another 25 years of visiting Broadway Coin. Don and Martha.
