Don’t take your pet here on an emergency visit. Brought my dog here because he got bit in the ear by another dog. Did not schedule follow up because I was told he should heal fine but to call if it doesn’t and they could get him in. His ear is still bothering him so I call to get him in, they won’t schedule me for another 2 weeks out and going to charge $72 every time regardless of it being a follow up visit. Best they did was tell me to call somewhere else. 👎🏻

I called to see if there were any appointment. My dog ripped his toe nail. They didn't have any, but Banfield is my vet and I love them. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I know some people associate them with Pet Smart as a Large chain pet store, but they are separate from Pet Smart just located inside. I love Pet Smart too tho!!!

You know... they do good work here. Their nurses are really caring. That said, I think their Vets need to be more caring as well. I know it's not always happy news they have to give folks about their fur babies but, sometimes when these Vets give you news... they do it so heartless. They also charge a lot of money. You also need to be careful with them because they'll have you running a lot of unnecessary test just because you have the money for it. You have to make sure you put a cap on them so that they only give you the necessary test your fur baby needs. Just be very business mindful when going here.

I love this place, been bringing my dog here since we got her in '17, and my cat they have taken great care with both. They love my cat and even when they arent the vet tech helping, they've came and gave her some scratches and hugs. And a nice selection of cat harnesses too.

They usually get things like this handled within 30 days
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hi Richard - Our recommendation is to work with your regular veterinarian to discuss this as they would know what is best for Momo's condition and care.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
