Dr Freeman is a gift in this world. She is kind and gentle, helping our dog pass gracefully and with love. She even reached out with grief support resources when our cat passed (she wasn't the vet who put her down but still provided support). It was serendipitous that I was led to Kristi for one of the most gut-wrenching events animal lovers must endure in the end-of-life cycle of their pets. I have nothing but praise for Graceful Departures from start to finish, and the "after-care"... Kristi covered ALL the bases grieving pet owners need to know and there were no dumb questions. She let us cry and take our time with our sweet dog. She was patient and clinical when need be, and kind, loving and compassionate the rest of the time... and although so painful, it was a peaceful, calm release for our Lab, Sadie. I will include Kristi again and again in the distant future and want everyone to know how amazing she is. It hurts like hell, but Kristi just has that specialness about her that makes the letting go bearable.
