I noticed a windshield crack in my new to me bmw 340xi I was assured it would be taken care of being a safety issue, had just driven over 3 hrs to pick up our new car,if not I would have left it there to be taken care of,after a week or so I reached out and was told now to go through my insurance it will be “faster”when I told my salesperson I didn’t have glass insurance I was told it had to go through the sales manager,needles to say I emailed him and never heard back “big surprise” make sure any issue are taken care of before delivery

Update: Got a call from agent saying he will see what he can do. Sales manager also called and is checking on pricing. Seems like I shouldn’t have to pay for something CARFAX said was already installed but isn’t ‘t on the car. Waiting for a follow up on an email asking about missing accessory’s. Could rate them 5 stars if I get a response to my email.

I had an issue with my F250, I had the check engine light come in, the turbo started acting up and I was worried that I was going to damage my engine, so I stopped at the nearest shop for repair, $700 dollars later I received a letter from Ford stating there was a service bulletin on the same part I had replaced so I went to Autonation Ford and requested a reimbursement. Ford denied it stating I should have brought it to a dealer for repair. The Service Manager Don argued with Ford for quite a few weeks and managed to get them to reverse their denial and issued me a full refund. Don easily could have turned me away after the first denial and taken the easy way out, but he didn’t. Thank you for actually providing great customer service. I will continue using their service department.

I have a 2009 F 150 and it was recently recommended both blend door motors be replaced for a cost of $1253. Does this sound reasonable?
