Our 9 year daughter has so many strengths; however, she had a difficult time controlling her emotions which prevented her from reaching her full potential. She also had a difficult time focusing on her school work. We wanted to find a place that would NOT put her on any kind of medication to help her concentrate or mask her emotions. After doing research and reading many reviews, we found Brain Balance. I love that this program focuses on exercing her brain so that she can use her entire brain at her full potential. It also has helped our entire family identity improved ways of working with her. It has only been 2 months and we have seen a BIG difference. She is initiating tasks on her own, picking up a book and reading without being asked, more confident with expressing herself (before she just showed it with us). Didi, director of the Lake Mary, truly listens and works with all of us to create a plan that best suits our needs as a family. The coaches are also amazing. Highly recommend!

I took my daughter for an evaluation. I was a desperate parent, of a teenage girl suffering from mental health issues, I went there thinking this was a therapy place instead they offered us a super expensive program, with some dubious science behind it. If their science or method so good, why is totally inaccessible and unaffordable? 6000 for 3 weeks of treatment. I took my daughter to a real therapist and doctor, now she has a science based medical team giving her proper science based treatment. I disclosed my daughter’s mental health issues, and ended up being good for nothing, dubious and poorly disclosed that they DO NOT treat mental health conditions, nor that they offer mental health therapy services.
