Good home buying experience, great people. Kim is the best. Very humble and professional and genuinely nice person altogether, helped us make a decision about finalizing our dream home. This location is seriously underrated. This is so close to the airport, I can actually walk or jog there in 10-15 mins. Hoping to see more development around this area in the future

Very disappoint purchase experience. We went to their office three times on August, Jeremy Yedklos the representative welcomed us and give us info for all models. On 09/01/2021, Jeremy Yedklos helped us decided model, Lot and upgrades. Purchase price is $416,990. Shirley Kennedy scheduled us to sign the contract on 09/05/2021. I wired my funds, applied their lender mortgage, got everything prepared. On Sunday, 09/05, when I brought my families to sign the contract. I was told the price INCREASED $10,000, it is $426,990 now. For about half month, nobody told us the price is gonna increase. Siting is their office whole day for manager Jeremy West to call me to solve this issue. No respond. Finally on 09/07 got the call, manager said their representative Yedklos made a mistake. He did the price wrong. But this is the market. There is nothing Ryan home can do. As a customer, I did NOT do anything wrong, followed their requests and schedules, but I need to pay extra $10,000 at the time of signing contract because of their mistakes. My price fee sheet is attached. 10K increase is added by handwriting. They don't care about their customers. DO NOT BUY RYAN HOME!!!
