I purchased new nike men online and i just got the sneakers to find out they were used they had a weird smell to them of B.O And they had some dirt underneath them And missing all tags that normally come with the shoes i will not be buying from them again and i will be returning them asap Update: i went to the store and the salesperson told me they would take the used sneakers back and because they were on sale online from 160 to 110 i would need to pay the difference for the same shoes at the store just a different color. i would have to pay 160 instead of 110 He also said they would spray the used ones and resell them to the next person i think this is normal practice for this company. If you are paying for new shoes i think this is not the place for you, they also mentioned that the new shoes have no labels tags or any additional stickers on the shoes themselves now i know why, its because they are used Also i called customer service as well and they kept me an hour waiting in the end i ended nowhere i got tired and hung up The worst company ever and selling drift store items for retail price this should be illegal because we expect new for retail prices will not do business anymore with this company, i see why this company has a 3.6 star rating Beware
