Lady told us other stores in town didn’t have phones even when they did and now I’m waiting 5 + days on a shipment THAT I COULD HAVE PICKED UP THAT DAY that was supposed to be 2 days total to ship. I was promised 2 day shipping but that is a lie as my phone has been sitting at fedex NOT MOVING for 2 days alone. Employee only care about their cut of the bill. Bad experience.

Activate Selective Call Blocking From a Spectrum landline, this is the information I had, hope its still accurate: The My Services page opens. In the Phonesection, click Manage Phone Features. The PhoneOnline Tools page opens to the Phone Feature Settings tab. In the Call Blocking section, selectBlock calls from select numbers.
Mine is on call them and let them know and ask them about giving you credit for the days it is off and they will cut it on asap that is what me and my daughter did and they cut it on
