We usually have no issues but we recently bought meat from here and was Rancid, returned and replaced but same deal Rancid. Probably more of a bad review for Smithfield than tops but this is where the purchase was made and I only make honest reviews good or bad. Sorry.

Michelle is nothing short of amazing. We called on Memorial day because we had an issue with our hamburger meat and didn't know it until we had guests here. She offered to drop a replacement at our house in fabius on her way home from work. I have never experienced customer service to that degree. She went above and,beyond without giving it a second thought !!!!

I hadn't been to this store for a couple of years, and I was surprised at how it has deteriorated. My visit was in the early afternoon, and the shelves were a mess. In the freezer section particularly, it looked as if food had just been thrown in, often not corresponding to aisle signs. Meat selection was poor, and produce selection was adequate, but less than I'd hoped for. Cashier was pleasant, but seemed inattentive.
