Great place to stay. Pool and jacuzzi are 👍. Pool table and TV IN THE LOUNGE ARE WITH FULL KITCHEN. The spots are a little tight but electric water and sewer all right where they should be.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the park. Very well kept and the staff is really friendly. The first day of our stay they had a bbq for all and it was really nice - good food and music. The mountain views are beautiful. This location is convenient to seeing San Diego. The sites are a little tight but overall, we'd come back.

I live in the area and occasionally visit friends' in their travel trailer. The park grounds are very clean and the other travelers seem friendly. When you register you are allowed 2 spots for your vehicles, so if guests visit, they are to park outside the property and walk in. I was approached by staff, (I assume) and asked to move my car outside the park. I wasted no time and left. I just stopped by to show my friends my new puppy. But I liked that he informed me of the rules and was NOT breathing down on me and waiting for me to move my vehicle.

I enjoyed my stay at Oak Creek RV Resort, the park it's nice and clean. The Staff is very friendly, the Manager came and greeted us at the pool, he gave us cut fruit ; watermelon and pineapple. There is two excellent restaurants within walking distance; Ole BBQ and Italian Bongiovanis. The view from the pool area is gorgeous.

When we stayed there it was over 800. I know they have raised the rates but not sure how much.
All rates are based on the size of your RV, how many slide outs, what side of the RV they are on. Then after that they find a suitable space. I believe the space rent is between 750 and 1100. Don't quote me on that. they then add your electric, if you have pets, and if you have a second vehicle. Hope this helps.
Cell service is excellent. The wifi is spotty at best. If staying, AT&T has 50 mb service available.
My sister and her husband pay month to month, they never signed a year lease, in fact she told me that there isn't a lease. Their rent consist of...her cement slot her 5th wheel is parked on her electric use, water use and cox cable. Everything is bundled in one price. The only downfall about the resort is that slot of spots have no trees to give you that shadiness. There are spots that are shaded but they are hard to get. The long term stays, don't give them up..lol but yes to answer you question they only have month to month, as long as your trailers or 5th wheel has up to date plates and no older than 10 yrs old your good to go.
