Yes , if you want to fly small craft then visit South Shores park near East Mission Bay Drive . Just drive West from hwy 5 for about 3/4 mile like you're headed to Sea World and the South Shores park with small aircraft will be on north side of road , just look for boat ramp and air field on right side as you head West from 5

You could fly next to South Shores at the Airpark it's silent remote control aircraft or something like that you'll see a little sign as you're entering the South Shores boat launch area you can also fly over at Fiesta Island almost anywhere on the island it's legit there also but yeah it's easy there
