Sometimes people do not pick up their packages or mail every day. Mail room is open 11am to noon and usually 2pm til close. It opens only upon request on SAturday closed Sunday.
Volunteers mostly. And they are severely understaffed which is why they get so backed.
Staff rotate the job.
