Sanctuary has been an amazing place to live for my partner and I. The location, river/city views, and modern apartments are unmatched. I love the amenities and the management team is very quick to respond and are some of the nicest people I've ever met!

Definitely paying for the location here. Nothing special about these apartments. Most of the appliances did not work right. I assume they are all refurbished/used. Also, if you ever need to speak to the owners of this place, you won't be able to. They do not speak with tenants. I guess they feel they are above their customers. To management: when you had a chance to address my concerns, you declined, as I outlined in my above review

Now that I have officially moved I have to say that the team went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing moving in experience with no issues. The apartment is beautiful and was super clean upon move in. Everyone has welcomed us with open arms, specially my family that flew in to help me get settled in.

I lived here for two years 2017 to 2019. And enjoyed the views and the community. I made many friends with whom I still stay in touch. I credit the onsite mgmt for intentionally creating opportunities for tenants to mingle and feel part of the community.
