Slabtown Carson Rocks! We wanted to provide a review of our experience leasing an apartment at The Carson. Not the typical renter since, having owned homes for many years and never lived in an apartment, we had lots of questions. After touring several properties we were able to get an idea of what was available. The Carson provides well thought out designs and great amenities. The location is convenient to downtown, close to grocery and many restaurants. One thing at The Carson was the quality of the people in the leasing office, specifically Bradley Gill. He was helpful in giving us a thorough tour and answering all of our questions, regardless of how many … and we had a lot! Brad walked us through the unit/lease options and explained the various other costs we would have. Once we chose a unit and got signed up, Brad continued as our point person to help us coordinate the move in… and answer more questions! We’ve been in the unit for 3 months, settled into apartment living and enjoy exploring our new neighborhood. + Pros / (Cons) Based on our unit and location – Carson South + Unit/Lease Options - Floor layouts – modern details + Location – Convenient to Grocery, Restaurants, Transit + Floor to ceiling windows, quartz countertops, large closets, wood floors + Gas Oven/Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator (Washer/Dryer are small and can take a long time to dry) + Secure Electronic Entry (Latch System can be finicky at times) (Gaps in entry/exit can allow unauthorized persons into common areas, garage) + Bike Storage in garage as well as each floor in Carson South + Electronic package hub USPS, UPS, FedEx Amazon ( Packages left out are at risk to go missing) + Well Equipped Fitness Room – Pelotons, plus much more + Neighborhood staff on-site – they are great, especially Bradley Gill and Spencer Bassett + Maintenance / Cleaning Staff Quick Response to requests, common areas well maintained

The Carson has been great so far! The building is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the location in Slabtown is great--really close to Forest Park and 23rd Street. Brad and everyone in the leasing office have been super helpful in making my move in go as smooth as possible.

The Carson is a wonderful place to live! Amenities are great and I feel as though the apartment finishes are better quality than others I've seen in the area. Rent is high so its doubtful we will stay once we want a bigger place, but we are very happy to be here. Management, though busy, is very kind and wants what is best for the residents. Location is incredible and we feel very safe.

Hello! We love our four legged neighbors at Carson. There are multiple pet stations around the building, and a variety of dog parks and trail systems within walking distance. Our favorite dog park is Wallace Park, just four blocks from The Carson.
