I’ve purchased from HVL for years and will definitely attest that their service is outstanding, second to none! But unfortunately I made the mistake of being led to purchase my second Sony big screen TV, which lasted 1 year before it quit working (same problem as my first). I don’t blame HVL but doubt that I will ever buy Sony again, way too expensive for a TV that only lasts 1 year.

An awesome place to shop! This is the way stores used to be before the big-box stores took over. We called their number and an actual human answered on the first ring and actually knew what they were talking about. The prices were as good as anyplace else but you get someone with knowledge of the products that they sell. They have been in business for 41 years and is certainly doing it right. I will certainly return to buy more things from this store since they also sell furniture.

A friend from work told me about this place many, many years ago. I tried them when the time came and was very impressed. So when it came time to upgrade to 4k, I didn't even think about the big box stores. Straight back to HVL. You cannot beat service and caring. Ken was great, as usual. I do not hesitate to recommend and will not hesitate to go back.

FORGET GEEK SQUAD!!! Home Video Library will be our go to place from now on. We needed to mount our 55in television onto our fireplace and Best Buy quoted us a whopping 400$ for the install. HVL did it for almost half the price. Patrick and Chris were awesome, resourceful, professional, meticulous, and got the job done quickly! Thanks guys!!!
