We are in the middle of a very poor experience working with Morrison Heating and Cooling. Our home had an old central AC system that needed replacing, and I got several bids from companies in the area. Morrison promised quality and their bid was more competitive than the other two companies, so I moved forward with them after reading reviews. Strange side note: During the installation, the crew who was working on my system referenced “them” several times when I asked about follow up. I asked them “who are you referring to when you say you’ll call ‘them?’” And they replied “Morrison”. This was suspicious because they came in a Morrison van and had Morrison t-shirts, but after they installed I got an email from Sunset heating and cooling thanking me for my business. Did Morrison subcontract out my install in a strange way? I don’t know. This was super strange. The install was yesterday. After they left, my nest thermostat stopped working (it had worked with my old system) and I managed to get it working after a reset. I called Morrison to please come take a look because the system wasn’t functioning as it should. Today a technician came out to check on it, and after he worked with some of the wiring my thermostat stopped working again. He said the system “just wouldn’t work” with the Nest, and that he’d install a temporary thermostat until they could come back to update the wiring for Nest. The system came back on, but after he left, water started leaking out of the condenser coil area in the system and my laundry room is covered in water. After spending thousands of dollars on a new central air system, this has been a mess. I don’t have high confidence in their team’s quality and I’d recommend you check with other options if you’re considering work on your furnace or AC.

The Morrison team provided excellent customer service, timeliness, and professionalism. They arrived early, communicated clearly the steps they would be taking, creatively worked to problem solve some of the quirkier/more challenging aspects of my old home, and left the space clean. The install looks great and I look forward to having AC for the upcoming summer! Thank you!

Great experience with these folks! It's hard to find this kind of customer service. Im usually too busy to write reviews. Joe and his team made an impression on me, from the estimate to the completion. Very affordable, in fact best out of the two other I received. I haven't used the AC unit yet. But the heat has never blown this dang hard. House heats up quick. Wife is happy, I'm happy. Shout out to Janet and Jeff, thanks! The company installed a mini split in our house. We obtained estimates from three companies. Morrison's was the the most cost-effective in a substantial way. The sales process was prompt and the most informative of the three vendors. The installation crew were very knowledgeable and professional. We had a small issue with the installation that was very efficiently resolved by the owner who was available to discuss our concern and addressed it to our full satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

I happen to be an installer for Morrison and I can assure you oil furnaces are in fact compatible with both heat pumps and air conditioners. (I don't mean to interrupt I got a little notification about this comment lol have a great day)
