Very, very over-priced for very simple, small portions. It was served in small cardboard dishes which made it nearly impossible to maneuver the food. We had to wait for too long to even get drinks despite it being 4 PM on a Tuesday and not busy. When we finished eating, we had to go to bar to close out our bill after waiting 15 minutes. 2 salads, cheese bread, and 2 drinks totaled nearly $70! My kid could make better food than this place, for a fraction of the price.

They have gone downhill since the last time we visited. I'm assuming the pandemic has caused some problems but the food is just not worth it for the price anymore. You would be better off going to a chain restaurant at this point. The only positive I can share is that the staff were very friendly and positive, even though you could tell they were working with less resources than they needed. Wait times were a bit in the long side but I'm pretty sure they were not to blame. They had a live band outside and different music going on inside (very very minor gripe). They used paper cups for our drinks, both soda and coffee, and didn't have a good selection of sweeteners. You can also tell how clean an establishment is by looking at their bathroom exhaust fan, I know it sounds strange, theirs was heavily caked with dust. Overall I would avoid Amalfi's unless your going just to have a cocktail or beer.

Wonderful neighborhood spot for delicious food! A spacious outdoor seating area and friendly helpful wait staff make for a lovely dining experience. 💕😋👍
