Worst apartments EVER avoid at all cost!!!!. When i first moved in the apartments it seemed really nice. Not to long after that the tiles started falling off the rim of the counters.They charged me for that after i tried to get a hold of management for a few months, That's around the time when the kept switching manager.So i just gave up that was a big mistake.And the day i moved out they charged for a carpet that was stained when i already had moved in. The manager that showed me the unit said she would document it. It was never got done. They ordered the carpet prior to me moving. it was already going to be change anyway. Then they gave me Over a 3000 dollar bill when they deducted my deposit which was 1360 the remaining balance was a little over 1800. But the math didn't add up if they took the 1360 away it would have had me at a little over 1600. They sent me to collection a month after moving out. If you ask the mangers anything they don't know much and tell you to call Marathon management. They company just get over. and make sure if you do move in video and take pics and when you move out do the same. Because if you don't they will try to get money for anything.

I contacted the property manager (Eva) the first part of September. Viewed the apartment, filled out the application, was approved in 2 days and moved in a week ago. The entire process was seamless and professional and Eva was very responsive to any and all questions I had during the process. I'm in an upstairs unit with great views and love it. Exceptionally clean, updated and quiet. Maintenance is very responsive as well. I've read some of the negative reviews about vandalism and although I haven't been here long, I feel very safe here. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

Bridgeton Apt. Management..Deceptive in not disclosing to Renters that this Complex is a Frequent TARGET for VANDALISM.... Visitors Parking outside of the Secured Gate is very unsafe to Park over night....also Car Port in Front of the Apartment inside is this Great Security Gate was not Secured with Cameras.... So Tenants with Shady Associates, Family & Friends could Roam the Complex while your sleeping & Vandalize your vehicle parked in covered car ports... "BE WARNED".... So DISAPPOINTED I'm sat out in my car observing the Trafficking of where I thought was a Secured Place to live...I feel homeless because I signed a 12Month Lease & don't want to Park inside....I'm so STRESSED I sat in my car just crying my eyes out..
