The fire alarms go off randomly for 15+ minutes, elevator is broken consistently and there is never any type of communication from management. Multiple people have reported packages being stolen from the mail room as well as personal belongings stolen from the parking garage that they charge you $150/month for. Do NOT move here

If Coast Management is still managing this building, hopefully you've read this review in time prior to moving in. We lived in this building for two years. We went through 6 property managers. Each one of them COMPLETELY incompetent thanks to Coast Management. I've never had to work so hard in my life to get a maintenance request taken care of, our rent corrected because we were not billed properly, security on site because of MULTIPLE break-ins (they refused to add cameras), and the list goes on and on. The only reason we looked past this for so long was the building location and the people who lived here. Coast Management blatantly ignored multiple requests from us (even went as far as deleting them from our account as if they didn't exist). The newest maintenance technician prior to us leaving (Luis, maybe?) was awful and blatantly ignored tenants he said he would come and fix something. I've never in my life dealt with a management company like Coast. To show how disorganized this company is, we moved out in July of 2021. I got a call in October of 2021 asking if a maintenance request I placed in May (!!) of 2021 had been taken care of yet. They didn't even know we moved out of the building (even though we have signed paperwork from the previous manager that was there for a month). Yes, this building is in an INCREDIBLE location. But, if you don't want to stress about little things constantly, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The only worthy part about living in this building, is the building itself. It’s situated on a gorgeous park with an incredible view, close to most things and is relatively new. The downside is Coast Management, which has done an abysmal job at managing the property. We’ve had 5 apartment managers in 2 1/2 years. We’ve had three different apps/websites to pay rent (all of which require you to create a new account, etc.). There is such high turn over with renters moving in and out constantly. We recognize two couples that have been here for as long as we have. Maintenance requests were being completed timely by Juan (he’s amazing), but have slowed to a near stop as of late. Hope he’s alright. If you’re concerned about the pandemic in any way, the building does not support safety standards and only until Oct 2020, has had a mask policy by scotch taping “Mask Required” signs that look like a resident made them in their apartment. We don’t know if they did or not, as we were never told where they came from. If you’re someone who can ignore the incompetence of a management company, this place is for you. If, however, you’re expecting communication from management about any and all things - this isn’t the place. From move in, living, and moving out, Coast has proven to me that they do not care about you at all. It’s a shame, because the building is really beautiful.

I've really enjoyed my stay here and it is a very relaxing place to live. The large windows are real nice and opens the place up. The management team are real helpful and the maintenance guy Juan is amazing at getting to any work requests in usually 24 hours.
