Why is the sound system at the laser light show on the dam ineffective? Louder would be better. Maybe put the show on the internet so we could know what it is.

You are directing your question to the general public. Might be better to send it to the people who run the center. I know for sure that I'm not going to be working on the sound anytime soon.

Hard to project sound given the canyon, noise of the water, need for all weather outdoor speakers, etc. Etc. I think it is broadcast on a local radio station, that you could tune into in your car.

I was there about a month ago and it was very loud! Maybe it depends on where you sit or whoever is working on a particular day.

I agree it was pretty low..

When I was there many years ago the sound was perfect perhaps the new system is not as loud as the old but best to direct your comments to one of the staff at the facility versus the Google forum

Great history. Sure beats wind turbines.

It only takes money. Being a government facility, things like "nice" speakers aren't brought in when "sufficient" speakers exist. Perhaps some philanthropic company could donate a nice setup?

You can watch it on YouTube

We wondered the same thing the old show was a lot louder I think when the brought out the new show they tried mellowing the whole thing n made it to where it's impossible to hear unless your right under the speaker
