Julian California is a wonderful little town in the foothills in California. Stepping out of your vehicle into Julian is like stepping back in time. The buildings and architecture take you back in California history. Check out the buildings along the main streets they are full of history. The town has a mine you can check out and tour, plus great restaurants and shopping. If you find my review helpful please give me a thumbs-up 👍 Thank you!

I didn't go in - we were standing out front waiting for someone and my daughter, as kids will, climbed up on a short ledge on the front of the building. She wasn't there for 30 seconds when some lady came bursting out of the door, yelling "SHE NEEDS TO GET OFF THE LEDGE!" No "Can she please not climb there" or "We know that's fun, but it's not safe!" She was so rude I just stared at her, and she burst out with "SHE NEEDS TO GET OFF THE LEDGE!" even louder a second time. I was curious so came to the reviews, and I've seen a few other people talking about people being rude at the Town Hall, so I'm going to assume this lady is just very unhappy for some reason.

Well, it is really just the Chamber of Commerce because, Julian is Unincorporated. But it is nice, there are events there and good things going on. I hope you like the little town of Julian. We live around here, it really is kind of what you see you get. Nice place on the Earth. Please ride your motorcycle carefully and cars please slow down in town.

Hi there. Julian is a town made up of many businesses. Many will be open and others may choose to close. But a trip on NYD will be wonderful.

Apple Season varies each year. It all depends on the weather. You can start checking around mid to end of August. 2019 is looking like September.
