Are the fire pits open to everybody or just campers ? And does everybody attending the bonfire have to pay for entry?

No fire pits on the beach, just at your camp site. Everyone pays. If you are visiting, you must vacate by 9:30 or you're stuck in the parking lot.

I didn't see any firepits at silverstrand and yes, everyone pays the toll.
