Amazing drive across the bridge with mesmerizing views of the ocean, San Diego and Coronado. The breeze of air is unmatched, it is an amazing experience. This bridge is a bit long and not to mention perfect height for you to take pictures. Have your camera ready before driving across!

Yes, if you take the ferry which is $5 per person (you can bring a bike). It takes off next to the U.S.S Midway and lands at Coronado Landing. I believe they leave every hour on the hour.
There are Highway light standards all along the bridge. There is a study to determine cost/feasibility of decorative lighting but no plans yet.

It has no hard shoulder so it cannot drive on the hard shoulder and the speed is 45 miles per hour much higher than that of a scooter, the climb is very steep.
