Rubber City was the first place I called for pricing. Carl took the time to see what they could get in as many tires are on back order and gave me two options. Beyond that, he was kind and professional. I called two other tire stores afterwards while one had the same tires for a few bucks less, the guy was condescending and short with me. The other guy was ok but only could only get my size tires in two brands I had never heard of….and this was a national chain. Regardless, Carl left a positive impression so they got my business. Tires ordered, put on the next day plus oil change. Didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t ask for. Highly recommend!!
