*05/24/22 UPDATE* Still no call back *01/04/22 UPDATE* Called Walmart complaint line, spoke to a wonderful and kind person named Amada, she took all my information, including my name and number and assured me, with no doubt, that the "Store Manager" named LaTiffany would be calling me back. Well, it's been 4 days now, and not surprisingly, I've yet to receive a call. Speaks volumes. ---------------------------- I've been in Florida for 18 hours now needed a tire repair for a slow leak, showed up at 6:50am so I can be first in line. One employee (male with a beard) was walking around the shop like a slug, music blaring, with three people waiting at the door at 7am. Website said they opened at 7am, doors didn't open until 7:10am and then they had to "set up". 735am and the air compressors weren't even turned on yet. Joan at the service desk should of called in sick, the personality of a wet paper bag, waste of space. I asked one question and felt that I shouldn't of asked any questions. The employee that found the leak and changed my tire was the ONLY employee that was remotely pleasant, but even he almost gave me a free oil change because he didn't look at the work order, luckily I was paying attention, but at least he actually smiled. He was the only reason for a two star rating. Bad decision coming here on my part and WILL NOT be coming back. I would rather have a blow out at 85 mph than experience that garbage service again. Very nice people. Took care of my oil change while I shopped. I have noticed that sometimes there is a wait but not a real long one. Prices seem avg for this area.

It's convenient, and the price is right. Sometimes it gets pretty busy, and sometimes it is a stressful environment but overall I approve. It's still where I get my tires.

Disappointed but got the job done. Would I recommend getting your oil change and tires rotated here....? The answer in short is only if you plan to come back and get your car. I was quoted 1 hour only to be sitting here 3 hours later writing this. The prices seem reasonable but not much of a saving versus your local dealership. Service is not the focus here. It’s too bad as I wanted to make this location my location of choice. Will continue to look for an decent oil change location as this one is not it. Your mileage may vary but I came in on a Friday around 11:15 which is NOT their peak times.
