I recently went in for my oil change and was approached by the Service Tech Danny Touch. What a great experience. He was there before it opened and I thought I would be sitting there for a while since I like to get there early. He immediately took my car info and listened to my other concerns. It was nice to see that Crown has turned around all their service agents and got rid of some of the riff that was there making things chaotic. I have bought 5 vehicles from Crown and have seen it change a bit. Great to see they hired guys like Danny to make Crown Nissan a 5 Star again!

My gas shocks failed along with a gas shocks compressor, John Riddlebarger was very helpful getting all the parts replaced and even threw in a car wash. Great Service.
