I checked there price to rebuild my alternator that I removed my self and it was a little more money than the auto parts store. Wills told me 1 yr. Warranty and the Auto parts store told me lifetime. That was my experience. And I'm trying to support small business. The warranty is what change my mind 😎

Great staff great price. Took my car there today with a charging issue. Was told they were full and asked if I would leave car. I lived pretty far and didn’t have a way to get back and forth so I said I would wait. I would do whatever it took. Was even told it prob wouldn’t be done today, alas I would wait as I didn’t want another dead battery. If I had to wait I had to wait. 10 min later the boss said they would look at it and if it was an easy fix it would be taken care of within the hour. These guys fixed it within 25 min. Something 3 other shops couldn’t over the last few months. I’m very very grateful. You took a huge load of stress off of me. Sometimes you don’t know what you do for customers beyond what you think you fixed for them. Thank you to the 3 gentleman that dropped what they had goin on and fixing it for me. To the boss who was clearly a little stressed at first and maybe thought I was trying to get a rush service, I’m sorry if I came off that way, and thank you very much for getting the guys on my car. Have a great new year guys!

I Am Who I Am

I got my starter replaced here a few months ago. The price was good but they fixed my car without telling me what was wrong and the price. I even did my due diligence and called for a diagnosis later the day I had it towed to them. I was told someone would call me. They never did. They kept my car over night, called the next morning and left a message saying it was ready. I immediately called back and rightfully asked why wasn't I called before the repair was made. The older gentleman said they called. I said "yeah to tell me it's ready. What if the price was more than I could afford!?". He did not see my point. So I said it again. He didn't see why was upset and acted like he didn't care. I didn't try to make him see. 2 stars for price and getting the job right the first time.
