I really don't know about the maximum length but the spaces are quite small in my opinion. It's like staying in a parking lot between an auto speedway and sand dunes. Very loud road noise. The ocean view.
I have a a 31 ft motorhome and larger homes are there.
I also have a 30' trailer ( toyhauler w/slideout ) and no problems.
35 feet.
