10 pm I called another Wal-Mart since the number listed is wrong
Well this Walmarts customer service has been closing early lately at like 8 pm for so e reason
Why would W11th Walmart that closes at midnight have longer customer service hours than the one on Olympic Street in Springfield that's open 24hrs. They stop taking returns at 8p and close customer service at 9p when W11th Walmart in Eugene keeps thier customer service open until 10p and takes return until 10p. I wasted my gas driving out to Springfield because they stay open 24hrs and I had shopping to do not just a return. I will not shop here again. Walmart could use some consistency this is frustrating to say the least and makes no sense. I also will file an in store complaint. Get it together Walmart!!!
