This store handled my Verizon needs quickly and effortlessly- my business phone was dead-I had a new phone and was out the door in no time! Staff was responsive to my needs, switched everything over quickly, and upgraded my account to save me money- I would definitely recommend!

This was the worst decision that I ever made Verizon has not customer support they tell you to go online. I was so taken advantage at this store . I came in very vulnerable I was given wrong products and even if there is not a package on the product that you didn’t ask for then you still have to pay a restocking fee 40 for them to put it on the shelf.even though this was not what I asked for. I wanted something similar. Then my screen froze they sent me to the max store I had to pay them 45.00 even tho it was my first year of having the phone. I wanted to do a trade in. And it was but one get one. I traded my other phone. For them because i was taking this one to the max store because it was froze. I got my new phones and noticed that I was being charged for 3 phones now. Because I gave them the other phone and not the main on one the account it didn’t matter.I asked for the phone back to make the switch then, they couldn’t find it. It may have already been sent out. Just before Covid I switch to a whole different carrier taking my numbers with me. How was I supposed to know that. The rep didn’t do his job and because of this I had my service on for 8 months . I pleaded with them I told the rep that I was leaving, I ported my number over. Now my account has been transferred to a collection agency who charged me 700 on top of my 5,000 that they claim that I owe and early termination fee. Even tho they didn’t do anything that they said that they would. Again worst experience I have ever had. I can’t wait to go to court. I would love to sue Verizon for all of their lies , and for being bullies

They take trades for in store credit towards merchandise and devices.
I purchased their 'jet pack' device and love it. Talk to Mike about this at this retailer. I use mine for my computer, my kindle, and my tablet (I play games on my tablet). Hope this helps.
