We have taken our dogs three times and had pleasant experiences. My girlfriend tried to call ahead the first time and was told “oh don’t worry just walk in. We do walk ins.” So we have always done walk ins. Today, we were treated poorly and were told that we should have called ahead. I tried telling the lady at the register that we have never been told this and she ignored me and kept walking. We will not be going back.

I was looking to get a good quality cat food for my cats. Richie is so knowledgeable about the different foods and what is in them. I learned that the expensive food I was using wasn't the highest quality, and found a good quality food thanks to Richie's help.

All employees mask or face shield wearing, they are also offering curbside pick up if you call ahead to order. It's a small store so there's not a lot of distancing space but also rarely more than one other customer in at once.

Yes. You can return any of our foods as long as they are in the original package with the UPC still on the bag.
If you dog has a torn the nail down to the quick, we suggest contacting your vet to insure proper treatment.
