Went to return the items that didn’t work for my need. The front door greeter (Allison) was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I get the service and was happy to find that I am able to return the items. I will personally promote her for her exceptional service and customer focused approach to problem solving. She also demonstrated a good team work and rapport with her colleagues in figuring out very quickly how I can be helped best. This is a direct request to Walmart Supercenter’s GM to promote such dedicated employee. Her approach will influence people she will supervise a guide to serve customers. Very glad to meet Allison and experience her dedication to her work.

We were in the day before they were about to have inventory. I've never seen so many employees on the floor and the store looking so good. lol. Wish it was that way all the time. I usually find what I need there and the prices are good. The employees are friendly, when you can find one.

A bit busy as always but the employees are always friendly and efficient. Found everything I needed at a decent price. If I enjoyed shopping,which I don't,I would have given the Springfield Walmart 5 stars!

This location does a very poor job of keeping shelves stocked throughout the day. Walking the grocery aisles or produce section at 5pm and finding no trace of most of the items I want to purchase is a surreal and disappointing experience. Also, the deli stops cooking at 6pm even though it's open 'till 8.
No, not yet. I was most currently informed off a major upgrade in may 2018. After that this walmart should have the grocery online ordering up and running.
I know it's hard to get customer service through the phone, so if you live close to the store you are always welcomed to go there and talk with them. FyI,, if you Google Walmart there is a lot of info about the store unless it's a personal matter. If that is the case then definitely go into the store.
Just a thought..A lot of big chain stores don't hire enough employees so the employees are doing their best to help everyone the can. Being that the holiday season is upon us I know that that store is very busy.
If youre going to try either park way off where nobody will notice or park across that big ditch and you'll see a sign that says park and ride which isn't Walmart property. That belongs to LTD
Don't forget to ask them about $4 generic prescriptions also. Cuz sometimes you can get them in the generic form and pay only $4 for them which is the best deal. If that's what your talking about.
Early this AM I had the opportunity to be assisted by two of the most helpful Walmart, Springfield, OR, retail individuals I have experienced in yrs. One indivdiual happened to be Charles, the store mngr. What an awesome people person! highly recomm

Unless you're looking for food or pharmaceuticals you won't get anything out of the people at gateway anyway that's all they carry groceries and they have a pharmacy
I would bet they don't. Unless an item is common they tend not to keep it on shelves. What you can do is order it through in store pick up, and in a few days a truck will bring it up from a local warehouse.
Online pick up is now available in store at the Springfield location but when I try to order my groceries online it only gives the option to pick up at the location in Eugene. Anyone else having this problem?

Sometimes they allow overnight parking, at least they did previously at the 24 hour Eugene location before they made it close by 11pm. The Springfield location is still 24 hours so it's probably still okay to park over night, I've seen RVs there. The Springfield location isn't that far from the interstate, for someone out of state it's easiest just to go from I5 to hwy 126 E, then Mohawk Blvd, and Walmart is on Olympic St. About 13 minutes or 6.9 miles from the Interstate. Good travels.
