In? There a primitive site at the bottom. You will need a backcountry permit. 7 mile hike in, 7 out with something like 4000 vertical feet in elevation change. On the rim? There are some nice lodges on the south rim in the park with restaurants and bus service.

Yes, there is some camping allowed in the canyon. Google search "camp grand canyon" and you'll find some options.
