Yes - they have tour buses that are owned by private companies (extra charge) and a shuttle bus run by the NPS (no charge). The private tours range from all terrain vehicles to horseback to bus to helicopter. The shuttle run by the NPS is just a bus that goes from stop to stop allowing the tourist to relax and not have to worry about all the driving.

It seemed like there were tours, they did have shuttle buses that could drop you off at different parking lots. On the southern side you could join the pink jeep tours or something like that. Hope that helps

I visited in 2017 - booked through a tour company on the strip in Vegas. They picked us up from our hotel for a day trip to see the Hoover dam and the grand canyon.
