There are no rules for scattering ashes. Just make sure that there is no one downwind. Mather Point Will be a good place to do it. There are a couple ledges that jut out about a 100' which makes a beautiful Vista. Just be careful and have a good pair of shoes on. Good luck and sorry for your loss. God bless-MG
