Depends on who you book with. I handle all my own travel arrangements and book directly with Hilton. If you did book directly, you can change or cancel within 24 hours of reservation.

You can cancel without penalty if you book a reservation that gives you that option.

I'd check the website or call. It depends how you make the reservation for sure
