On your property, or on easement?
On my lawn, edge of the property in all fairness. However here's the real kicker, after the officers left I approached the individual myself, spoke with him for around 45 minutes, looked at his eyes, dilated pupils, asked him what he was coming off of, and finally he admitted meth! So they left a person under the influence if not in possession of a controlled substance for me and my family to resolve. Not to mention that Salem PD, State Troopers, a HAZMAT response team, SWAT, and even an ODOT tow truck have been out in this neighborhood, made arrests almost daily, and yet there are still multiple RVs/trailers just attracting more and more homeless addicts in this area. Unchecked, unchallenged, doing as they will. Perhaps it's time to relocate and take our tax dollars elsewhere...
