They are deliberately violating my 6th Amendment rights to discovery. They have (altered) footage and refuse to turn it over. I can prove it is altered if they would hand it over. They have admitted that they have an obligation (373 U.S. 83, Brady v. Maryland) to turn it over but still refuse. Am annoyed enough to consider more active means of retrieval.

Great law enforcement team! Many interactions with many of their team members, great job. They provide a police force that addresses the day to day in Marion County in a correct manner, they do their jobs perfectly. Sorry for my behavior.

The police did nothing while my abusive ex got away with hurting me for years! This included him breaking into TWO of my previous residences and stealing my belongings and destroying the place. I showed the police videos of the abuse and proof of him stalking me, he beats in my landlords face, steals my phones, hits me, multiple black eyes, destroyed my car breaking off the mirror completely, kicked in my door, threats, domestic violence and14 calls reporting violation of restraining order. They tell me a restraining order is just a piece of paper. The police made me worse off. Don't rely on them to help you.

I live in Central Oregon not to far from Marion County got pulled over for doing 68. People infront of me doing around same speed. Here in central oregon the police don't care if you do 60 to 70 just not over. I could of been given a warning since I've never gotten a ticket before or pulled over. I'm just not sure why one police station let's you do thing while the other doesn't. Not to mention being singled out while the people around me are doing the same speed.

Yes it must be registered and you must have a valid driver's license, class c or higher. Permits do not allow operation of mopeds.
