I want to file a complaint on a case worker in North Bend, Oregon. Her name is Shannon and she was rude and lied to my employer about our telephone conversation because she did not like the answer i gave her. She has filed a complaint which could create problems for me. She needs to be investigated and set straight that we don't jump when she says to.
