Kevin Medeiros and his partner was very polite informative and patient with all questions and very knowledgeable about the services needed to make my home pest free. They also took the time to inform me about anything they found while spaying my home. The service was quick but thorough. I would highly recommend Pointe Pest Control.

Chris, our technician, is a super professional, knowledgeable, and thorough guy. He's also very polite and respectful of the property. The ants have been pretty invasive and not easy to get rid of, but Chris keeps coming back and applying different approaches to get the job done. Highly recommend.

Has happened to me twice in two days. At 7:30pm two days ago, a guy wearing a Pointe shirt w/clipboard rang the bell. Him: Are you the owner? Me: No. Him: Who is the owner? Me: What is this regarding? Him: Have you heard about what's been going on down the street with your neighbors? Me: What? Him: Ants. Me: We have that covered. Thanks. Him: Who is providing your service? Me: I'm not interested. Please take this house off your list and do not come here again. You bother me every year in May. This morning at 11:30am, yet again a guy from Pointe with a clipboard rang the bell. I told him to stop coming here. Now I'm annoyed and will buy a "no solicitation" sign for the door. Tried calling the owner, Jacob Borg, but they won't even put you thru to his voicemail.
They dont work with you even tho the driver said he would was suppose to call back for second spray and basically said because it was more than 30 days they would not refund the other half of the money. So they basically stole it
Yes after initial treatment exterior services do not require you to be home as long as they can get around the home

In order to properly set you up with a future service our inspectors need to determine the size of the pest problem, the size of your property, and the amount of treatments required to get the pest problem solved.
All of our pest products are EPA approved and are safe for your children and furry ones! We want to be as precise as possible with our products to not only be effective, but also limit the amount of contact with the products being used.
