I've lived at Gateway Village for about 5 months so far, it's been a nice apartment complex! The remodeled apartments are nice and updated on a budget (no microwave but who needs that radiation anyway). Im a big fan of the vinyl "wood texture" flooring so that's a nice touch too for the kitchen and living room. Maintenance was messed up a little bit when I moved in, but they came by to patch things up with a work order. Overall a nice apartment and I plan on renewing!

Run!!! Don’t move here!!! The worst apartment complex i ever lived in!! I still living here just waiting until my contract expires, maintenance in this place sucks!! I have to live here with half of my appliances not working, maintenance just takes a look at it and try to fix it but they never do. Rent is not cheap for this problems. Garbage disposal its a big problem since they only have one container in the whole complex. Do not even consider living here.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from. I have lived in multiple complexes over the years, but this one is the worst. They do not care about their tenants at all and claim these apartments to be "luxury" and over charge for them, but in reality they are cheap. They only have one trash compactor in the whole complex that is constantly full. They try to fine you for having trash on the balcony, but also try to fine you if you leave it by the trash. When we asked if we just keep it in our apartment and let it stink up, management pretty much just shrugged and smirked.

Seriously listen to these reviews, we didn't and now we're paying for it. We signed a lease and within 24 hours we were told misinformation of our parking arrangements thus creating issues with our neighbors over spots, almost resulting in our car being towed. We witnessed 2 fights, one a screaming match and another two people trying to physically attack each other. Our neighbors to the left of us told us we should leave because it is not a good place. Also our apartment wasn't clean when we arrived, bathroom was dirty and one of the walls had cracks on it that looked as though from punching it. We stayed one night and decided it was too much and now they are asking for a ridiculous amount of money for breaking the lease. DO NOT RENT HERE!
