I think corporate needs to know how this place is being ran first off they choose to close the inside like it's still covid days and they choose to do this because they're lazy and they don't want to open the door and deal with and they can control the outside flow through the drive-thru so they are completely lazy they get the orders wrong every single time I will never go there again this is the third time that I've been order wrong and this is the second time I've seen the lobby close this is ridiculous we are not longer in clothes and they are doing an injustice to Wendy's name I think they should fire everybody that's there corporate needs to know how they're running this business and they should be fired

I was there last week and they were having serious staffing issues. I would suspect that would be the cause.
I'm sorry that Scott Brown had a bad experience at this restaurant. Personally, I have always had a very good to excellent experience. On the rare occasion that they did make a mistake (I ALWAYS check my order before leaving ANY restaurant with takeout or drive through), they have always corrected it quickly and courteously. I really like this location.
