Was great when it opened but under new management. Prices are ridiculous now. $1000 for a used couch? Lol. We bought a dresser that was a little dinged up but nothing we couldn't fix for $150. Brought it home and when we got it in our bedroom it REEKED of smoke. All the drawers were completely un-useable. When we tried to return it a few days later with the receipt, the unenthusiastic assistant manager told us “no returns on furniture period,” and “um…im not sure how that happened, does anyone in your house smoke?” In an attempt to salvage the situation, I said is there anything else she could do—store credit, an exchange, anything other than us keeping the reeking dresser. She didn’t even acknowledge my request. She said “is that all?” Stared at us, and walked away. ZERO STARS. Lost a loyal customer. It’s sad that greed and money can take over even charitable places like this.

Always good. I love to shop the books and picture frames. Never disappointed when I go to St. Vinnie's here in Salem or down in Albany. Lovely staff that always have a smile to share!

I like to go into these type of places looking for something unique. Not so much at this store. The prices are on the high side and should be a few dollars less. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

If your asking about if guys donate stuff yes , people do donate things there , and they take donations ..but make sure you call first before you drop off for times ... because of covid maybe some things have changed! Thank you hope that helped ..
Call them, I believe they have a truck. Like most thrift stores you will need to get on the list of pickups.

Everything has a set price. So there is no tags. Jean's fixed price. Shirts fixed price. Everything the same. Its WAAAAAY cheaper than goodwill. They also have 10% off of your over 55 and 50% off sales thriput the store.
