Great staff and great workout! This was my first time at orange theory and the staff was kind, helpful and made sure the workout was easy to follow. Will definitely workout here again in the future!!

All the trainers are so friendly, and each workout is different! The staff is extremely flexible with membership issues as well. Great place to workout at.

Excessive rules and regulations, for $35 dollars a month. They don't let you have a guest, if they were truly concerned then they shouldn't let new people sign up, instead they keep their prices high while cutting off some of the best benefits. I found "compliance is not optional but your membership is" so be unprofessional, and not welcoming.

The absolute youngest would be 12 years old and you would have to be accompanied by a parent at all times. 16 years old to come by yourself but you would have to have a parent come with you to sign up, and finally 18 years old to be able to do it all on your own.
